After a few weeks of wash-outs due to the bad weather, it was great to see plenty of Gers teams in action last weekend.
Well done to the U15 Girls team who had a fantastic win against Clanna Gael on Saturday in their Shield Semi-Final in Cornelscourt!
On Sunday, our U14 Girls team also reached their Shield Final with a fine display against Lucan Sarsfield.
Congratulations to both teams, the club is looking forward to going out and supporting both teams in their finals!
Our U13s Boys hurling team started the weekend in perfect style with a great win under the lights in Castleknock as they beat St. Brigids in a tight affair.
There was no rest for the lads, as both our Division 4 and Division 9 U13 Boys football teams were in action on Saturday.
Both teams managed to pick up victories, well done to the lads and their mentors.
The Academy took place on Saturday morning and great fun was had by all. Thanks to Johnny and all our coaches for helping out.
Well done to the U8 Boys footballers who were in action in Cornelscourt on Saturday morning, some great skills were on display.
While our U8 Girls football team finished their season off with games against Erin go Bragh on Sunday!

The Boys and Girls from our U10s enjoyed some team bonding at the Alive Outside Activity Centre on Saturday.

The U11 Boys Hurling team were at the GAA’s National Games Development Centre in Abbotstown on Saturday for a blitz with 3 teams from across Dublin.
Well done to all the 100 boys from the different clubs for taking part, it was a great day’s hurling.
Our U16s Boys football team were extremely unlucky to lose their Championship quarter-final to Castleknock.
The lads left everything they had on the pitch and should be proud of how they represented our club.
The U15 Boys footballers drew on Sunday morning against a strong Skerries side.
While there was disappointment for our Adult hurlers who were beaten by Stars of Erin in a brilliant game of hurling in Glencullen.
Thanks to all who made the trip up to support the lads, special mention goes to Paudie Foley, who made the trip all the way from Newtownshandrum in Cork to support his son’s PJ and Kieran. Fair play Paudie!
Credit goes to Richard, Colm and Finbarr for all their efforts with the team this year. We are looking forward to seeing the team progress in 2024.
Best of luck to our Adult Intermediate Football team on Sunday as they take on Whitehall Colmcille in their AFL5 Promotion Play-Off final. All support for the lads is welcome.
Safe travels to all our teams heading West to the GAA Air Dome on Saturday.
It should be a great experience, our teams will take on their counterparts from the famous Breaffy GAA Club in Mayo.
